SiSAH products are built for reliability. This page outlines our warranty terms and how to make a claim.

Coverage

Most SiSAH smart switches and sensors come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use. Specific product pages list warranty terms for each item.

What Is Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship, malfunction under normal operating conditions, and failure of electronic components within the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

Damage from misuse, improper installation, power surges, physical damage, water ingress, or modifications. Installation by an unqualified person may void the warranty. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Making a Claim

Contact our support team with your order ID, product details, and a description of the issue. We may request photos or a video. If the claim is valid, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as per our discretion.
