Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your SiSAH products. This policy explains how returns and exchanges work.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories. Items that have been installed or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process
Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return. We will verify eligibility and provide a return authorization. Pack the product securely and ship it to the address we provide. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. For bank transfers, it may take additional time depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you received a wrong or defective item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
